Tanya Dungen

Drawing on her experience both as a management consultant and in senior positions with prominent companies such as Accenture and TELUS, Tanya is known for being strategic, innovative, data driven, and delivery focused. With her down-to-earth leadership style, collaborative approach and coaching, facilitation and presentation skills, she collectively delivers to the needs of a variety of internal and external stakeholders including C-suite executives.

Prior to forming HalleDungen with Martin Hallé in 2013, Tanya held mandates that included redesigning, delivering and managing corporate programs spanning the employee lifecycle to accelerate the culture transformations of companies undergoing a major shift in their business strategy.

Tanya is a Certified Corporate Coach (CCC) ™, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (Marketing & International Business) and sits on the Board of Directors of a Portfolio Management firm.
