A fluently bilingual management and technology consultant with international consulting and private sector experience, Martin Hallé has conceived, redesigned and delivered a wide variety of programs and projects, many of them highly complex, global in scope and with multi-million-dollar budgets.
Martin is recognized for his ability to secure executive management support, develop delivery strategies and build strong teams. He possesses natural leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong aptitude for managing and completing multiple projects to tight deadlines. All this while maintaining team motivation and cohesion, and focusing on quality, innovation and results.
Before setting up his own consulting company in 2007, Martin held senior positions with two of the world's largest consulting firms: Accenture and IBM. Since then, Martin has taken on larger and more diversified mandates, mainly with financial institutions and pension funds, contributing to the realization of major projects ranging from server virtualization and consolidation, cloud initiatives, IT transitions and transformations, to the deployment of various financial and business systems. In recent years, he has also managed projects applying artificial intelligence to support investment decisions and portfolio monitoring.
Known for his insight and use of often humorous metaphors, he breaks down complex business objectives into clear and compelling roadmaps, mobilizes delivery teams, corporate executives and stakeholders to deliver the results they demand, and celebrates their successes.
Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in administration (Marketing and Finance) from HEC Montreal (École des Hautes Études Commerciales), a minor in Economics from the University of Montreal and an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management (MIT Sloan).
